The Heart of a Leader is a one-day Workshop designed to help organizations by teaching their employees, leaders, and teams to understand the value of building a culture that’s based on trust, community, and empowerment. The workshop will not only focus on the WHY of building such a culture, but will be filled with practical steps on WHAT needs to be done and HOW to implement lasting change.
Individuals who are Encounter Facilitators working in faith-based organizations or faith-led businesses and have a ready-made audience for facilitating the Heart of a Leader may be trained as a Heart of a Leader facilitator.
Heart of a Leader Facilitator Certification
The Heart of a Leader Facilitator Certification is currently delivered virtually over 2 half days, 4-hours per day, plus a 90-minute Facilitator Training Session on day two.
